I work on my feet as a baker 12 hour days and I was having a lot of knee pain as well as other aches and pains. It took a while to start really working but now my pain is almost gone. I am 57 and my daughter is 30 and has just started taking it after having knee surgery and was still having pain. I told her to just stick with it and take it everyday.

I received my product on August 1 2023 Have not taken long enough to notice any results. A downfall for me is the (4)capsules dosage, at one time, although easy to swallow. I will continue to take. I am hoping for Positive results.

I have been using the Sea More Life supplements for several weeks. I began to notice that, I no longer have cramps in my legs. I'm walking much better, a portion of the knee pain has really eased up, and my clothes feels loser. Hello All! I started taking Sea More Life on 8/12 and two days later I noticed my sleeping improved and continues to be good! After two weeks of taking it I feel energized, my mood is better, I’ve loss inches (not the reason I purchased Sea More Life) & some pain relief (not as much as I expected). I purchased the 90 days supply & I’ll continue taking them & will give more reviews as I go through this journey. I’m haven’t had any issues with taking the pills. Oh yeah my bm (TMI) improved greatly (which I think helps with the weight loss).

I only started taking Sea More Life a couple days. So it's too early to tell the full effect. I did however notice that the mucus in my nasal passages has diminished and I don't have it in my throat. So it must be working on the inflammation! I'm excited to see over the next month.

My problem is I have too many supplements on hand. Consequently, it is hard for me to tell what is doing what! I have requested from all of my suppliers to stop my auto ship until future notice. I am using a tall DVD stand to accommodate all of my bottles and it looks like an Apothecary. Please do not send me anymore product because I am in overload. Nothing personal, and perhaps you have an excellent product but it is hard for me to tell under my circumstances. I will continue to take them until the bottle have been consumed. I have a hip replacement surgery pending very soon. I am trying to prepare for that. Good Luck with your product.

My back was hurting because I took a bad fall. After taking the herb back pain went down at times I cant feel any pain. The herbs work wonderfully.

I thank I would have liked these pills, but they messed with my stomach and I think it was the turmeric in them. and I do drink alot of water and I know turmeric do constipate me. but I think these pills will work good for other people who can take them I wish it was me. Thanks
